(Tip: Toast the seeds for a tasty snack!)<\/li>\n<li>Wrap in foil and bake for 45-50 minutes at 350\u00b0F, or until it begins to soften. Remove the pan from the oven, spread some cream cheese on top, and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Boil the shrimp with the skin on until they are all pink (do not overcook). Set aside the water and allow the shrimp to cool before peeling.
