Then wait a few minutes for the chia pudding to settle and mix again. This will ensure it doesn\u2019t separate in the fridge. Check to make sure there are no clumps and don\u2019t refrigerate it until it\u2019s clump-free. The chia seeds will absorb all the milk and sweetener and be ready to eat then.<\/p>\n<p><strong>They last in the fridge for up to 7 days. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><b>Choosing Mix-Ins and Toppings<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>You\u2019ve got your Overnight Chia Pudding sitting there like a blank canvas. It\u2019s just waiting for you to add some personal flair and your favorite flavors!<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grab some <b>fresh berries, bananas, shredded appl<\/b>e \u2013 whatever fruit you have on hand. Try mango, pineapple or kiwi for tropical vibes.<\/li>\n<li><b>Swirl in jelly<\/b> (we recommend 100% pure fruit jelly or jam) or <b>pureed frui<\/b>t for another pop of fruit flavor.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle <b>granola, toasted coconut, or nuts<\/b> on top (or stir some in) for a fun crunch.<\/li>\n<li>Add a <b>splash of your favorite extracts<\/b> and flavorings for a subtle flavor boost. We usually at least<b> add some vanilla extract<\/b>, for example. But a tiny bit of almond extract works great.<\/li>\n<li>Try stirring in <b>Nutella<\/b>, <b>cocoa powder<\/b> for a decadent, chocolate-y flavor.
